Job Description:
2aspire is looking for a dynamic and technically savvy Senior Sales Executive our Phoenix branch. This is an opportunity to work for a market leader and to apply your experience and sales skills to build success in new and existing clients. The Sales Executive is a 'consultative' sales-professional who can ask the right questions to determine key client requirements to build credibility and follows up by proposing the right project staffing solution. The Sales Executive is perceived by the client as a `trusted advisor` and is the face of 2aspire to the client. To succeed in this position you will be a senior-level IT Consulting Sales Executive with entrepreneurial and 'hunter' skills to support our growing branch office. You are a confident, self-starter with Executive presence who is comfortable marketing to C' and VP' levels and has a hunter approach to Business Development with a strong background in IT Contract Professional Services. You are also a team player with a strong track record of consistent over achievement. You have experience partnering with a recruiting team for mutual success.
Experience:
To be considered, you MUST have the following proven skills/abilities:
- Must have at least 3 years experience selling IT Consulting Services/Staffing Sales (Candidates will not be considered without this experience.)
- Executive presence and comfortable marketing to C' and VP' levels.
- Hunter approach to Business Development and selling to new clients with a strong background in IT Contract Professional Services.
- Experience in selling to Retail or Financial Services clients, with established local contacts/network.
- Advanced education (An MBA will be highly desired)

Senior Technical Recruiter
We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team as a full-time employee for our Phoenix office. The successful candidate shall be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting including but not limited to the following:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic recruiting plan and work with senior executives in developing hiring approach and staffing plan
- Confers with management/supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, duties, qualifications, and skills
- Supports Business Development on proposal sourcing, including identifying key personnel and extending contingent offers
- Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
- Initiates contact and prescreens qualified candidates for specific job openings
- Develops and coordinates internal job postings using various recruiting tools, maintains information on Applicant Tracking System
- Provides recruitment metrics to management and supervisor on a weekly basis
- Utilizes Internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates
- Provides information on company facilities, offerings and job opportunities to potential applicants
- Coordinates communications and arranges interviews with applicants and hiring managers
- Supports multiple programs and interacts with hiring managers at off-site client locations, manages requisitions, assists with writing job descriptions and posting ads
- Files and maintains employment records for future references and reporting.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 4-6 years experience in recruiting field
- 4-6 years experience in technical recruiting, specifically hiring for high tech positions such as SAP and .NET Developers, Java programmers, Oracle/SQL Server DBA’s/Developers etc.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems
- Well organized, high attention to detail and able to adhere to deadlines
